ToddlerTumble

A toddler gymnastics class with a difference! ToddlerTumble is based off the PlayGym programme and is designed to teach your little one all the developmental skills for life.  Our qualified instructors will challenge your toddlers with different scenarios to grow independent and confident movers.  All classes are $120 for a term (approximately 10 weeks).

ToddlerTumble classes:

  • ToddlerTumble (Toddler): 18 months - 4 years old:
    • A session of structured and guided play, with ever changing environments your toddler can learn and discover new skills with the help of our teachers.  Hands on help by you as a parent will enable you to learn safety skills and activities to take home.
      • Monday 9:30am - 10:15am
      • Wednesday 10:00-10:45am, 11:00-11:45am*
      • Thursday 9:30am - 10:15am, 10:30 - 11:15am*
      • Saturday 9:30-10:15am

* these classes are not currently running due to numbers please email if you are interested.

It is reccommended that children wear comfortable clothes that they can move freely in - Parents are expected to work with their children to encourage them in activities.

TumbleFit

Does your child like to flip?

Do they want to learn cool tricks to do in the playground or trampoline park?

Would you like to improve your childs fitness, strength and stability for improved skills across all sports?

TumbleFit is the answer!

TumbleFit is a fun fitness programme that will teach your child fundamental movement skills, core strength, stability, flexibility and endurance utilising aspects of gymnastics, movement and tumbling - all run by qualified gymnastics coaches in a safe enviornment!  TumbleFit classes 45 mins $137.50 per term, 1 hour $155 per term.

  • TumbleFit Junior (5-10 years) - an introduction to the fundamentals of tumbling: Monday 3:30pm - 4:15pm, Tuesday 4:15pm - 5:00pm, Wednesday 3:30-4:15pm or Thursday 3:45pm-4:30pm
  • TumbleFit Intermediate (10+ years): Thursday 4:30pm-5:30pm
  • TumbleFit XTND (Junior - 6-10 years): Wednesday 4:15-5:00pm for tumblers who can confidently cartwheel, handstand and walkover.
  • TumbleFit XTND (Senior): Tuesday 5:00-6:00pm (this class is for experience tumblers who can confidently link skills together)

Performance Aerobix

A class that introduces aerobics in a fun and creative way - athletes will work through the AeroSchools programme and will have the opportunity to compete at local events.  Cost per term is $137.50.

  • Performance Aerobix Junior (5-10 years): Monday 4:15pm - 5:00pm, Tuesday 3:30pm - 4:15pm

Competitive Aerobix

For athletes who want to compete at both local and national events.  Athletes can compete in three different categories depending on commitement, skill and ability.  Cost is dependent on the number of hours per week - please contact us for more details.

  • Competitive Aerobix Intermediate - Open 2-3, ADP 2-3 and Age Group 1 International athletes (Monday 5:00pm-6:30pm, Wednesday 5:00pm - 7:00pm)
  • Competitive Aerobix Senior - Age Group 2 and Senior International athlete (Monday 6:30pm-8:30pm, Wednesday 7:00pm-9:00pm)
  • Competitive Aerobix Open - athletes 14+ years in the Open 3-5 or ADP 3-5 divisions (Tuesday 6:30-8:30pm, Thursday 5:30-7:30pm)

Competitive Aerobix athletes are also reccomended to attend the following classes each week:

  • Junior Conditioning (Friday 4:00pm-5:00pm) - a conditioning class for athletes under 15 years of age (reccomended for all competitive athletes), the class will focus on building strength and stability while improving fitness.

  • International Element Development (Friday 5:00pm-6:00pm) - for Competitive Aerobix athletes that are wanting to focus on compulosry elements and development of harder elements.

  • Senior Conditioning (Friday 6:00pm - 7:00pm) - a conditioning class for athletes over 15 years of age (reccommended for all competitive athletes), the class focuses on building strength and fitness utlising a range of techniques.

    • Open Levels - a routine choreographed to music of your choice which includes compulsory elements - athletes can compete as individuals or in teams of 2-5. 
    • ADP (Aerobic Development Programme)  -  a routine choreographed to music of your choice with elements restricted only by age - opportunities to develop skills towards an international level.  
    • International - a routine choreographed to international requirements - athletes are selected to be in the International Division and are required to attend an International Competition every other year.
