Term 1 2020

Our term 1 classes start on Monday 3rd February and go through to Thursday 9th April.  Please note there are no classes on Thursday 6th February (Waitangi Day), Friday 10th April (Good Friday, Saturday 11th April (Easter Saturday)  .

Monday:

3:30pm-4:15pm: Performance Aerobix Junior - An introduction to aerobics where athletes learn the basics of the sport in a fun environment with a focus on fitness and friendship - suitable for ages 5-10.

4:15pm-5:00pm: TumbleFit Junior - a fitness and tumbling class designed to teach the fundamentals of movement, fitness and strength all utilising tumbling as a base - suitable for ages 5-10.

5:00pm-7:00pm: Competitive Aerobix Junior- A sport specific class for Open 2-3 and ADP 2-3 and Age Group 1 athletes, classes will involve working on elements, choregraphy and fitness developement.

7:00pm-9:00pm: Competitive Aerobix Senior - A sport specific class for Senior International athletes, classes will involve working on elements, choregraphy and fitness developement.

Tuesday:

3:30pm-4:15pm: TumbleFit Mini - a fitness and tumbling class designed to teach the fundamentals of movement, fitness and strength all utilising tumbling as a base - suitable for ages 3.5-7.

4:15pm-5:00pm: TumbleFit Junior - a fitness and tumbling class designed to teach the fundamentals of movement, fitness and strength all utilising tumbling as a base - suitable for ages 5-10.

5:00pm-6:00pm: TumbleFit XTND Senior- a tumble class for those who want to take their tumbling to the next level - an ability to confidently connect skills is required (ages 10+) - competitions will be offered where applicable.

6:00pm-8:00pm: Competitive Aerobix Intermediate - A sport specific class for Open 4-5 and ADP 4-5 and Age Group 2 athletes, classes will involve working on elements, choregraphy and fitness developement.

Wednesday:

3:30pm-4:15pm:Performance Aerobix Junior - An introduction to aerobics where athletes learn the basics of the sport in a fun environment with a focus on fitness and friendship - suitable for ages 5-10.

4:15pm-5:00pm: TumbleFit XTND Junior - a tumble class for those who want to take their tumbling to the next level - an ability to confidently cartwheel, handstand and walkover are required (ages 6-10) - competitions will be offered where applicable.

5:00pm-7:00pm: Competitive Aerobix Junior- A sport specific class for Open 2-3 and ADP 2-3 and Age Group 1 athletes, classes will involve working on elements, choregraphy and fitness developement.

7:00pm-9:00pm: Competitive Aerobix Senior - A sport specific class for Senior International athletes, classes will involve working on elements, choregraphy and fitness developement.

Thursday:

9:30am - 10:15am: Toddler Tumble - Toddler - a Toddler Gymnastics class with a difference - come along to have some fun and help your little one learn to be a confident mover! Suitable for ages 18 months - 4 years.

3:30pm-4:15pm: TumbleFit Junior - a fitness and tumbling class designed to teach the fundamentals of movement, fitness and strength all utilising tumbling as a base - suitable for ages 6-9 and athletes that are confident at cartwheels, handstands and rolls.

4:15pm-5:15pm: TumbleFit Intermediate - a fitness and tumbling class designed to teach the fundamentals of movement, fitness and strength all utilising tumbling as a base - suitable for ages 10+.

5:15pm-6:00pm: Performance Aerobix Intermediate - An introduction to aerobics where athletes learn the basics of the sport in a fun environment with a focus on fitness and friendship - suitable for ages 10+.

6:00pm-8:00pm: Competitive Aerobix Intermediate - A sport specific class for Open 4-5 and ADP 4-5 and Age Group 2 athletes, classes will involve working on elements, choregraphy and fitness developement.

Friday:

4:00pm-5:00pm:  Junior Conditioning - a conditioning class for athletes under 16 years of age (reccommended for all competitive athletes), the class focuses on building stability strength and fitness utlising a range of techniques.

5:00pm-6:00pm: International Element Development - for Competitive Aerobix athletes that are wanting to focus on compulosry elements and development of harder elements.

6:00pm - 7:00pm: Senior Conditioning - a conditioning class for athletes over 16 years of age (reccommended for all competitive athletes), the class focuses on building strength and fitness utlising a range of techniques.

Saturday:

9:30am - 10:15am: Toddler Tumble - Toddler - a Toddler Gymnastics class with a difference - come along to have some fun and help your little one learn to be a confident mover! Suitable for ages 18 months - 4 years.

11:00am-1:00pm - Saturday International Individuals

  • Individual training can be found under Programmes in our booking system and booked per session required.

Aspire Aerobix reserves the right to merge or cancel classes due to a lack of numbers.  Refunds on classes will not be given after week 3 unless extra-ordinary circumstances.
